Vegan Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

Olive Tapenade

  • 200 grams Kalmata Olives, pitted
  • 50 grams Semi-dried tomatoes
  • 20 grams capers
  • 20 grams lemon juice
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • himalayan salt to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients on Speed 6 in 10 second intervals until combined. Scraping the mixture down in between bursts.

     

    Serve immediately or keep in the fridge in an airtight container for a few days.
