Put all ingredients into the Thermie (why not use your Varoma to steam some veggies at the same time?)
Cook on Varoma temp for 15mins, reverse, slow speed."Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
Add milk
Blitz it by going slowly up to speed 7 over about 30 seconds
Serve with croutons

Really nice, next time I will decrease the amount of the vegetable stock as it came out too salty, aside that, very nice and easy to make. The first instruction should be adjusted to say "all ingredients except milk" as you state to add the milk later.
