Cheese soup

Cheese Soup

  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 litre water
  • 1 tbsp Stock Concentrate
  • 150 grams wheat grain(0r buckwheat,etc)
  • 70 grams wafer or soft cheese
  • some herbs for taste
  • to taste Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste white wine
  • some tomato slices
  • 4-5 cubes cheese per serve

Recipe's preparation

    cheese soup
  1. place the 150 g wheat grain in the bowl, mill for 30 sec on speed 10, then set aside.

  2. place onion and garlic in the bowl chop for 3-5 sec on speed 6.

  3. add the milled wheat, 70g of the soft cheese and 100g water. Saute for 3 min. on 100 degrees on speed1-2.

  4. Then add the rest of the water and the stock, cook foranother 12 min.on 100 degrees on speed 3.

  5. place some chopped herbs, some small cheese cubes and1-2 slices of tomatoes in the soup bowel or on a plate.

  6. add white wine/ pepper/ worcestershire sauce( for taste) to soup and pour into a soup bowl.  Serve with toasted bread slices


Accessories you need



For gluteen free replace the wheat grain with buck wheat or ect.
