  • 1000 grams red skinned potatoes, Peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 litres chicken stock, Or enough to cover potatoes
  • 250 grams Tasty cheese, Grated
  • 250 grams cream
  • 1 - 2 litres full cream milk
  • 1 heaped tablespoons plain flour
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Butter

Recipe's preparation

    Potatoes
  1. pour chicken stock into tm bowl

    Peel and roughly chop potatoes place in tm steaming basket or Veroma depending on how many potatoes you're using

    20min/veroma/3 increase time if needed.

    Reserve 1 cup of chicken stock
    sit potatoes aside and clean and dry tm bowl
  2. Place 1 tablespoons of butter, diced onion and bacon, dried chilli flakes into tm Closed lid"Closed lid"
    3min/100/3 add 1 tablespoon of plan flour add a little more butter if need to make a rue. 60sec/100/speed4 Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" once rue is cooked off 5min/100/speed3 add 1 cup of reserved chicken stock, add potatoes then will mixing add milk to the consistency required 1 to 2 litres. Bring to temp then add grated cheese and cream. Add parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
