Chicken and Corn soup

Chickenand Corn Soup

  • 500 grams chicken breast, Diced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Small brown onion
  • 2 cans Creamed Corn
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons TM stock concentrate
  • 1 litre water
  • 1 bunch herbs of choice (I like Purple basil and Flat Parsley)
  • 20 grams Corn flour (Gluten Free if needed)
  • 100 grams Thicken Cream (optional)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Garlic, Onion and herbs in the mixing bowl chop 5 sec/speed 7. Scrap down the side of the bowl.

    Add oil and Saute for 3 min/Varoma/speed 1

    Add diced Chicken and Saute for 1 min/100/

    Add Stock, Creamed Corn and Water, cook 12 min 100/

    Add Cornflour and Cream(optional) cook 3 min 100/
