- 450 g cooked chicken
- 2 egg whites
- 1 litre chicken stock
- 1 tbsp TM vege stock concentrate
- 420 g Creamed Corn
- 1 tbsp cornflour, mixed with a tbsp of water
- salt and pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation
1. Place Chicken, Salt, Pepper and Egg white into TMX bowl, Pulse three times (or until desired consistency)
2. Empty Chicken into another bowl and place aside
3. Add Chicken Stock, TM Vege Stock Concentrate and Creamed Corn into TMX bowl heat 5 minutes/100 degrees/Speed 1
4. Add Chicken mixture back into TMX bowl and combine 5 minutes/90 degrees//Speed 1. Once the blades have started turning add in the Cornflour mixture through the MC hole in the lid.
5. Place in Thermoserver for 5 minutes to thicken a little more and serve.

Yummy & easy. Not often i
Yummy & easy. Not often i have left over cooked chicken but this was a great way to use it up when i finally did. I added a small can of corn kernels cause i didnt have enough creamed corn. And added a few extra minutes cooking time too. I have a bad habit of never following a recipe properly! Awesome, easy & winner with my 5 year old so thanks Rustic Cooking!
