  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 carrot, roughly chopped
  • 1 zucchini, roughly chopped
  • 2 sticks celery, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp chicken stock paste
  • 1 litre water
  • 3 Chicken thigh fillets, skinless
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 Medium Sweet Potato, diced into 2cm cubes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all vegetables except the sliced carrot and sweet potato to the TM bowl and chop for 4 seconds speed 6.

  2. Add oil and cook 7 minutes/Varoma/reverse/speed 1.

  3. Add stock, water and chicken thigh fillets. Cook 40 minutes/100 degrees/reverse/speed 1.

  4. Turn dial slowly to 8 for 10 seconds.

  5. Add sliced carrot and sweet potato. Cook for 15 minutes/100 degrees/reverse/speed 1.

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
