Chicken & Creamed Corn Soup

  • 2 fillets chicken breasts, Small
  • 1 spring onion, Cut into pieces
  • 1 litre water
  • 2 tablespoons TM stock concentrate, (Vegetable)
  • 420 g creamed corn, canned
  • 1 level teaspoons soy sauce, gluten free
  • 1 egg, Lightly Beaten

Recipe's preparation

  1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces, cut the spring onion and place into the TM bowl. Add the water and vegetable concentrate. Season with cracked pepper.

    Speed 1
  2. Add creamed corn and soy sauce

    7 minutes
    100 deg. C
    Speed 1
  3. Add the egg

    2 minutes
    100 deg. C
    Speed 2
  4. Season to taste, serve hot.
