  • 400 grams chicken breast, Cut into chunks
  • 100 grams brown onion, Quartered
  • 400 grams Brushed Potato, Peeled & Quartered
  • 200 grams sweet potato, Peeled & Quartered
  • 1 heaped tablespoon vegetable stock
  • 1 litre water
  • 100 grams Frozen Mixed Peas & Corn
  • pepper, To Taste

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place Onion, Brushed Potato & Sweet Potato in Closed lid. With MC on, Turbo 0.5 x 3

  2. Add Chicken, Vegetable Stock and Water to Closed lid. With MC on, 10 minutes, 100 degrees Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting MC on

  3. Place 2 minute noodles and seasoning into simmering basket and place into Closed lid. Cook for 30 minutes, 90 degrees, Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting MC on

  4. Place Peas & Corn, as well as Pepper into Closed lid and cook for a further 30 minutes, 90 degrees, Counter-clockwise operationClosed lid MC on 

  5. Pour Noodles & Soup into Thermoserver and mix together.

  6. Serve
