Chicken, Vegetable & Noodle Soup

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 1.5 carrots, Peeled & Roughly Chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, Roughly Chopped
  • 1/2 leek, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1000 g water
  • 2 cubes Massell Chicken Stock
  • 3/4 Cup Small Pasta
  • 250 g chicken breast or thigh, Chopped into small bite sized pieces
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, I estimated,i think I put more than

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Carrot, Celery, Leek, Garlic & Parsley into TM Bowl

    Chop for 2 Seconds on Speed 7 

  2.  Add Water, Stock Cubes, Pasta & Chicken to TM Bowl

    Cook on 100⁰C on Reverse for 16 minutes on Speed 1

    Add Pepper to taste

  • How much parsley is this

    How much parsley is this supposed to contain?  Not listed in the ingredients, but it is to be chopped in step 1.  Thanks!
