  • 1 brown onion
  • 2 clove, garlic
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 300 grams mushrooms
  • 2 spring onions
  • 4 cauliflower florets, (large)
  • 500 grams liquid vegetable stock, (or 2 tablespoons/cubes dry stock and 500gm water)
  • 3 Basil leaves
  • 30 grams yoghurt

Recipe's preparation

    Soup
  1. 1. Cut onion into quarters and place in the mixing bowl with garlic.


    2. Chop 3 sec / speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.


    3. Add butter and sauté for 3 min / Varoma / speed 1.


    4. Add mushrooms, cauliflower and spring onion bottoms and chop 10 secs / speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl.


    5. Add water, stock, basil and salt / pepper to taste. Cook for 10 min / 100°C / speed 1.


    6. Add yoghurt and blend 30 secs / speed 9.
