  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 --- tomatoes ripe, medium
  • 4 stalks spring onions
  • 2 stick celery stick
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 sprig corriander
  • 1 sprig basil
  • 2 sprig Parsly
  • to taste pepper
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable stock (EDC)
  • 375 grams diced tomatoes
  • 375 grams diced tomatoes
  • .5 litres water

Recipe's preparation

    Cooking Method

  1. put carrots tomatoes celery green capsicums spring onions and garlic into bowl andClosed lid bowl, and chop 4 sec/speed7 scrape down sides of bowl

    Add herbs, pepper,chop 3sec/speed7

    add water and stock.

    Cook 20mins/100''C/Counter-clockwise operationspeed1 or until vegetables are tender. 

    Add more water and spices as needed. 

    can be frozen.

    1 can of tomatoes I hadnt noticed that there is actually 2 cans in the recipe.

    the original recipe was doubled so it was 2 cans of tomatoes, but to fit it all in the thermomix bowl I halved the recipe which made it 1. hope this helps
