Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 brown onion, halved
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 3 Medium potatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 leek, washed, trimmed and roughly chopped
  • 600 grams water
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Thermomix Stock
  • 1 parmesan to taste
  • 1 sprig parsley, or to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place garlic and onion in TM bowl and chop 3 seconds on speed 7

  2. Add oil and sautee 3 minutes varoma speed 3

  3. Add water, half of mushrooms and TM stock

  4. Place remaining mushrooms, potatoe and leek in basket

  5. Cook 17 minutes varoma on speed 3

  6. Carefully remove basket with spatula and tip contents into bowl

  7. Blend 30 seconds on speed 9 or until smooth

  8. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley to taste
