- 570 g leeks, White part only cut into quarters
- 1 small onion, Peeled and halved
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 30 g Butter, Or Olive Oil
- 650 g Desiree or Ruby Lou Potatoes
- 2 tbsp TMX chicken or vege stock
- 500 g water
- freshly ground salt and pepper, To taste

Recipe's preparation
Place leeks, onion and garlic in TMX bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add cumin, butter or oil and sauté 3 min/Varoma/Speed 1
Add potatoes, stock, water, salt and pepper cook 15-20 min/100/speed 1
Blend 30 sec/speed 8 gradually increasing speed 1 to 8 until the desired consistency achieved.
I find that the potatoes are so creamy that cream is not required. However, if you want it even creamier then add approx 60g cream and blend 30 sec/speed 4-5
