Quick & Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

6 portion(s)

  • 1 onion, halved
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 25 gram Butter
  • 1200 gram chicken stock liquid
  • 400 gram Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 small leaves FLAT-LEAF PARLSEY LEAVES

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1: Place onion, garlic into mixing bowl and chop 3 secs/speed 5
  1. Step 2: Add butter and saute for 2 mins/varoma/speed1

  2. Step 3: Add chicken stock, pasta and salt and cook for 12mins/100C/Counter-clockwise operation/speed1

  3. Step 4: Serve in thermo server and allow to cool for 5 mins before serving. Sprinkly parsley to garnish.

Tip

Add simmering basket in replace of cap when cooking pasta and stock

You might need to adjust cooking time depending on the thickeness of the angel hair pasta

You may also add some tomato to garnish also

  • I was disappointed as placing

    I was disappointed as placing pasta and stock to cook together made the soup cloudy and thick. I also put only 200 gr of pasta and it still turned very thick. I think if pasta was cooked separately then the stock would stay nice and clear. I had to throw it away as it was unetable. Sorry
