Sweet corn and potato soup

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

300g frozen corn kernels

  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 2 Large potatoes, diced
  • 1 litre water
  • 2 heaped tablespoon TM vegetable stock concentrate
  • 2 heaped tablespoon Parsley chopped

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put onion,garlic, celery in TM bowl, speed 5, 3 seconds.

  2. Scrape sides of bowl, add oil. Cook 100 degs, 3mins speed1

  3. Add water, stock, diced carrots, diced potatoes, corn and parsley. Cook 100 deg 20 minutes, slow speed.

  4. Take approximately 500ml out of jug and set aside. Blend remaining soup till smooth, add soup set aside and stir. Serve
