  • 1 red capsicum
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Spread quinoa in thin layer. Bake 30 mins, stirring every 10 mins
  2. Add water, oil, carrot, capsicum, garlic to TM bowl. Cook 100 degrees for 10 mins speed 2 Counter-clockwise operation.

    Ensure don't overfill the bowl past max level.
  3. Add rosemary and cumin. Cook 1 min speed 2 Counter-clockwise operation 100 degrees.
  4. Add potatoes, celery and toasted quinoa and stock. Cook 12 min speed 2 100 degrees.

    Ensure don't overfill the bowl past max level.
  5. Add zucchini and brussel sprouts. Cook 2 mins speed 2 100 degrees.
