      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Garlic and Ginger into mixing bowl and chop 3 secs/speed7.

Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.

  2. Prepare dried noodles in thermoserver as per pack instructions.

Often this is a case of soaking in boiling water for a pre-determined time.

  3. Add boiling water, stock, soy sauce, fish sauce, chilli, coriander, shallots to bowl and cook for 6 min/varoma/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 1.

  4. Add Beef, Brocolini and Carrot and continue to cook, 4 min/100 degrees/Counter-clockwise operation/Speed 1.

Check Beek is cooked and use spatula to push meat down into broth as required.

  5. Place prepared noodles in the base of your soup bowl.

Pour desired soup on top and enjoy!
