If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Place 120gm butter into mixing bowl and melt 1 min/60 C/speed 3.
- Add 75gm sugar and mix 1 min/speed 3.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix 30 sec/speed 4.
- Tip onto lined tray, spreading the slice to the edges by laying another sheet of baking paper on top and pressing out to the sides.
- Bake for 15 minutes. It will harden upon cooling in tin.
- Cut into squares when cooled.

Just made this for the first
Just made this for the first time I made some alterations such as using wholemeal plain and self raising, halved the sugar and increased the milo by 40 grams. I made cupcakes as thats what my daughter asked for and she has given them her seal of appproval it makes 18 cupcakes

Thanks Kirrilly. I have made this one at least a half a dozen times now in the past few week. Never lasts long. Have used milo, ovaltine and drinking cocoa all successfully. Very good at this time of the year when eggs are less plentiful at my place.
