      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  • Oh I am soooo glad someone

Oh I am soooo glad someone converted the recipe, they are hand down my favourite bicuits/version. Thank you. My only tweak ( standard for the recipe) is to use dark brown sugar, a super heaped tbsp of cocoa and raw peanuts with the skin on ( tasty...to keep the skin on however would have to hand mix nuts into dough)... Then I cook them till just before they burn ( though my mother often didn't stop at that lol, were still good)

These were great.  My husband especially enjoyed them.  He hadn't had peanut brownie biscuits in years.
