- 150 g bakers flour
- 5 g Yeast
- 50 g quinoa
- 40 g Quinoa flakes, (plus handful to sprinkle ontop)
- 10 g Linseeds
- 60 g Sunflower Kernels
- 1 tsp salt
- 35 g macadamia oil, (or oil of your choice)
- 360 g warm water

Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
The flakes give it a little more crunch. Yum!
Place all ingredients into Thermie and mix on speed 6 for 20 sec
Knead on 'closed lid' for 2 mins
Leave it to rise in Thermie or transfer to Thermosever with lid on to rise for 1-2 hours
Knead again for 2 mins
Flour a bread tin, pour dough in, sprinkle with Quinoa flakes and bake on 180c for 40 mins
