Ingredients

500 g

Quinoa Flake & Seed Bread

  • 220 g wholemeal plain flour
  • 150 g bakers flour
  • 5 g Yeast
  • 50 g quinoa
  • 40 g Quinoa flakes, (plus handful to sprinkle ontop)
  • 10 g Linseeds
  • 60 g Sunflower Kernels
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 35 g macadamia oil, (or oil of your choice)
  • 360 g warm water

Recipe's preparation

    Quinoa Flake & Seed Bread
  1. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

  2. The flakes give it a little more crunch. Yum!

  3. Place all ingredients into Thermie and mix on speed 6 for 20 sec

  4. Knead on 'closed lid' for 2 mins

  5. Leave it to rise in Thermie or transfer to Thermosever with lid on to rise for 1-2 hours

  6. Knead again for 2 mins

  7. Flour a bread tin, pour dough in, sprinkle with Quinoa flakes and bake on 180c for 40 mins
