No Bake Lemon Tart

  • 150 g lady finger biscuits
  • 100 g Butter

Lemon cream

  • 3 lemons
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g raw sugar
  • 75 g unsalted butter, cut in small pieces

Recipe's preparation

    No Bake Lemon Tart
  1. Prepare a baking dish/cake tin with baking paper.

    Add the biscuits and butter into mixing bowl 1minDough mode

    Place dough into the prepared tin,spread and flatten tight and evenly.

    Peel the lemons and add the skin to the clean mixing bowl 8sec/sp10.

    Then add the lemon juice,eggs and sugar 30sec/sp4.

    Now add the butter pieces into the mixture and cook 7min/100c/sp2-3

    Let the cream cool down and add it on top of the biscuit base.

    Once the cake is cooled down completly set it in the fridge overnight or for at least 8 hrs.

Because this cake is not cooked i suggest you use certified organic lemons and eggs.

Looks very pretty decorated with lemon slices.

Rasberries for garnish work well too.
