The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Weigh almonds into Thermomix and blitz 10 seconds speed 10
Weigh remaining ingredients into the Thermomix and blitz on 9 seconds speed 10
Roll into walnut sized balls and roll in a little extra coconut if desired. Keep in the frige in a sealed container

Tip
You can omit the hemp, swap out the cacao for cocoa, the almonds for another nut or your choice and the raspberries for blueberries
