I made this tonight and it's the best... I mixed beef and pork mince, and used cheddar as I don't have Asiago cheese. Cook them in Airfryer, yum! This will be a regular. Thank you posting the recipe.

So tasty!  Just the best to make with real meat for patties rather than shop bought mince.  I used the beetroot salad too - delicious!

  • Wow!! GET INTO MAH BELLEH!!!

    Submitted by button84 on 3. December 2013 - 18:41.

Big Smile Wow!! GET INTO MAH BELLEH!!! This was truly a taste sensation!  I used swiss cheese as I couldn't find asiago. I also totally forgot to buy bacon (who FORGETS to buy bacon?!?!), but they were still amazing all the same. Like the member below, I also minced my own chuck steak and it turned out brilliantly.  Next time I will halve the recipe as it made A LOT for 2 x adults and 2 x kids under 5. Now

I'm lying on the couch with a big dopey smile and thankful that I'm wearing elasticised pants today!

  • I made these for my Fiance

    Submitted by 388gigi on 10. September 2013 - 14:09.

I made these for my Fiance and he said "Best burgers and best dinner ever". It was also the first time I made him a dinner that he couldn't finish (2 burgers). So a big winner in my house. I will be making these again for sure.

I minced my own chuck beef. I made my own burger buns using the EDC basic bread recipe.

Next time I will probably add garlic and chilli after step 4.
