Beef and Veg curry

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 --- onion
  • 1 level tablespoon mild curry powder
  • 30 grams oil
  • 500 grams gravy beef, Cubed
  • 800 grams Diced Tinned Tomatoes
  • salt
  • 500 grams Carrots, potato, beans, mushroom, Or veg of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Gravy powder, *optional*

Recipe's preparation

    Beef and veg curry

  1. Put garlic and onion into TM bowl and chop on speed 7 for around 4 seconds

  2. Add curry powder then sauté on varoma temp, 2 mins, speed 2

  3. Add beef and sauté again. 100 degree, 2 minutes, reverse , speed 2

  4. Add tomatoes & salt & cook on 100 degrees, 20 minutes, reverse, speed 2

  5. Add vegetables of your choice ( I usually roughly chop them and put them in the thermoserver, till it is around half full). I also add the gravy powder now. 

    Cook, 100 degrees, 10 mins, reverse, speed 2
