Cheese & Tomato Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

chicken (cubed, semi-frozen)

  • 500 grams chicken, Cubed, semi-frozen
  • 200 grams Cheese cubed
  • 6 leaves basil
  • 1 --- egg
  • 75 grams breadcumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 1 --- brown onion, halved
  • mixed herbs, fresh, Finely Chopped
  • 2 jars Dolmio Pasta Sauce
  • 200 grams mushrooms diced

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200˚C

  2. Meatballs
  3. Add chicken and basil to bowl and mince with cheese for 8 seconds on Speed 7.

  4. Add egg and breadcrumbs and mix for 5 seconds on Speed 6.

  5. Form small balls and place into casserols dish.

  6. Tomato Sauce
  7. Place Garlic, Onion & herbs into the TMX and Chop for 5 seconds on Speed 6. Scrape down sides of Bowl. Cook for 2 minutes 100 degrees speed 1.

  8. Add the Dolmio & mushrooms and cook on Counter-clockwise operation at 90 degrees, speed 2 for 3 minutes. 

  9. Pour the mixture over the meatballs and cook in the oven for 25-30min
