  • 1 potato, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 150 grams pumpkin, diced
  • 1 zuchinni, diced
  • 50 gram frozen peas
  • 50 grams frozen corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable stock (BCB)
  • water enough to cover food, or upto 2 litre line

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Halve onion add to TM bowl with garlic clove and chop 3 seconds Speed 5. Scrape sides, attach butterfly ,add chicken cook 10mins vermona reverse speed 1.  Add vegetables, stock and water.  cook 25 mins temp 120 reverse speed 1.

    serve with whilst hot.

Tip

can add herbs, salt and pepper to taste.

I add Italian mixed herbs

    I loved how easy this recipe was, but Ithink I would have included less liquid than was recommended (maybe 2-3cm below this vegetable line) as it was quite liquidy. Maybe also add in a second potato due to the saltiness from the stock.
