Meatloaf

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 500 grams Beef mince
  • 500 grams sausage meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Mixed Herbs
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • cracked pepper

Meatloaf topping

  • Bbq sauce

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add garlic, onion, carrots and parsley to TM bowl.  Mix 5 secs/speed 7

    Add remaining ingredients.  Mix 20 secs/speed 7 to combine.

    Transfer to loaf pan and bake 180 degrees for 30 mins.  Pour out any liquid and add BBQ sauce to top of the meatloaf.  Bake a further 10 mins.
