Greek Style Meatballs

  • 40 grams Bread (fresh or stale), in Chunks
  • 500 grams minced lamb
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Greek Taverna YIAH Spice Blend
  • olive oil, for greasing
  • 8 Kebab Skewers
  • 50 grams feta cheese

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. 1.Either preheat oven 180oc, Crank up BBQ or heat up griddle pan on hob.

    2. Add bread to bowl, chop speed 5, 5 secs.

    3. Add mince, eggs, feta and spice blend. Mix 10 Secs, speed 5.

    4. Transfer mix to mat or clean bowl.

    5. With oiled hands split amount into 8 and roll into logs and place skewers through each one.

    6. Cook on Hot Griddle Pan or BBQ or alternatively bake in oven for 15mins or till golden brown.

Tip

Ideally serve with my Greek Taverna Tzatziki.

These are delicious hot or cold.

Ideal within a wrap to make a kebab.

Great for bbq season

Yummy cold for picnics, snack or a lite bite.
