If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Recipe's preparation
1.Either preheat oven 180oc, Crank up BBQ or heat up griddle pan on hob.
2. Add bread to bowl, chop speed 5, 5 secs.
3. Add mince, eggs, feta and spice blend. Mix 10 Secs, speed 5.
4. Transfer mix to mat or clean bowl.
5. With oiled hands split amount into 8 and roll into logs and place skewers through each one.
6. Cook on Hot Griddle Pan or BBQ or alternatively bake in oven for 15mins or till golden brown.
