  • 250 g mixed vegetables, Can use frozen veg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Borox
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 200 g Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 200 g Worcestershire sauce
  • 750 g hot water
  • 80 g brown onion, Halved
  • 250 g bacon, Diced pieces
  • 200 g mushrooms, Sliced
  • 1 tablespoons gravox
  • 1 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place onion into bowl and chop for 5 seconds at Speed 6.
  2. Scrape down sides. Add olive oil, bacon, mushrooms and steak. Sautee for 5 minutes, 100 degrees at Speed 1
  3. Scrape down sides. Add all remaining ingredients.
  4. Slow cook for 60 minutes, 100 degrees, reverse Speed soft

Reserve the left over liquid and use for the base sauce for bolognase or lasagne dishes
