- 6 --- long green chillies, Deseed if you wish I didn't bother
- 2 cloves garlic, Peeled
- 3 cm ginger
- 1 tablespoon whole coriander seeds
- .5 tsp Whole black pepper
- salt, To taste
- 8 Limes leaves
- 2 Lemon grass stems, Trimmed
- 1 bunch basil, Stalks and all well washed
- 1 bunch coriander, Stalks and roots and well washed
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 4 --- Limes, Juiced

- 4 skinless chickenbreast cubed
- 400 --- ml can coconut milk

Recipe's preparation
Find pepper and coriander speed 7 for 10 seconds. Add rest of the curry paste ingredients and puree on speed 7 for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and repeate on speed 7 for 30 seconds.
cook on varoma for 5 minutes without mc.
Add chicken and coconut milk cook for 20-25 minutes on "Counter-clockwise operation" without mc and basket on top to reduce splatters.
Serve with rice.

Leave the seeds out if you want a milder curry (The heat level doesn't bother our family 4 and 1 year old eat this happily)
