Patties
- 50 grams Parmesan cheese, diced in 1cm cubes
- 2 slices bread
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried garlic, or can use fresh
- 2 eggs
- 500 grams Beef mince
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Add parmesan to bowl, 5-7 seconds on speed 8 with MC on
2. Add bread, and chop for a further 6 seconds on speed 6
3. Add remaining ingredients to bowl, mix speed 5 for 15 seconds or until combined.
4. Divide mix into 5-6 portions, shape into roundish balls.
5. Heat a frypan and add patties, fry until cooked through.

Tip
When frying, add cheese on top once you turn over. We served with lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard and tomato sauce, delicious! These were the first patties I've made that haven't even looked like breaking apart when cooking...
