Leek Cumin lamb cutlet

  • 500 g lamb cutlets, Cut into half
  • 20 g light soy sauce
  • 25 g chinese cooking wine
  • 5 g paprika, red
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 10 g sugar
  • 40 g leek, Cut into slices
  • 1/2 level teaspoons ground cumin, Or add according to your taste

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert simmering basket, add all lamb cutlets,pour water to cover lamb cutlets
    Put lid on and MC, 5mins/50degrees/speed5 to wash the meat
    Take the simmering basket out and give the meat a rinse
    Add all the lamb cutlets into bowl together with all ingredients except ground cumin and leek, 25mins/V/reverse soft spoon
    At the last 10mins, use spatula to give the meat a stir and add ground cumin together with leek
    Serve hot after it’s done
