Lemongrass Chilli Chicken

  • 1 cube chicken stock
  • 40 grams fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon raw sugar
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 long red chilli, Roughly Chopped
  • 2 Long Green Chillies Deseeded, Roughly Chopped
  • 4 Chicken Thigh meat, Diced
  • 1 Brown Onion Quatered
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 10 grams ginger
  • 20 grams olive oil

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Lemongrass Chilli Chicken
  1. Dissolve Chicken Stock Cube in 250mls Boiling Water. Set Aside


    Place Fish Sauce, and Sugar in Bowl Combine 2 Seconds Speed 9 MC on.


    Add Chicken to Bowl Combine 10 Seconds Reverse Speed 2. Set aside to Marinade.


    Without Washing the Bowl Add Lemongrass, Chillies, Garlic and Ginger Chop 5 Seconds Speed 6 MC on.


    Scrape Down the Side of the Bowl Add Onion Chop 2 Seconds Speed 6 MC on.


    Scrape Down the Sides of the Bowl Add Oil Cook 5 Minutes 120 Degrees Reverse Speed Soft MC on.


    Add Stock and Chicken to Bowl cook 10 Minutes 100 Degrees Reverse Speed 1 MC on.


    ~Serve with Rice or On its Own As a Soup~
