  • 1 chorizo sausage(about 150g)
  • 30g olive oil
  • 500g stock

Recipe's preparation

    Lentil Stew with chorizo

  1. Soak Lentils in cold salted water for 2 hour prior to cooking.

    Chop onion 4sec speed 5

    chop green peppers 3 sec speed 4

    Add oil and 5 mins aroma speed 2

    Add chorizo 3 mins caroms speed 2

    Add pre soaked lentils and stocks 30 mins aroma speed 3

    Season to taste
