- 100 grams pearl barley
- 2/3 cloves garlic

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add pork to box and mince 10 seconds | speed 5 remove and set aside
Put onion and garlic in mixing bowl and chop 10 seconds | speed 5
Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula and add remaining ingredients 10 seconds | speed 4
Roll mixture into balls and place onto Varoma tray.
Add 1 litre of water to the bowl, place Varoma tray in place and cook on Max 20 minutes | Varoma | speed 3
... or cook a sauce in bowl while cooking meatballs.
... or heat some oil in a large pan and cook meatballs in batches
