OMG Delicious - I definitely will be making this again. It has everything going for it. I was worried at 1st the dressing was too salty, but once combined with all the other ingredients it is definitely a winner & I will make it again and again. Thank you for a great recipe.

Submitted by Tracy Leard on 18. November 2019 - 22:35.

I gathered the ingredients made enough for 4-6 serving, so I used half the salad ingredients and only put enough of the chicken, salad and noodles together to make enough for my partner and myself. So I've got enough for tomorrow evening as well now and it won't go all soggy. I used apple cider vinegar as I have read it's a good substitute for rice wine vinegar. I added 2 chillies, as other comments had said, when I diced the onion and garlic which made it so much better. I've now got to make another lot of dressing though for tomorrow night because my partner loved it so much all the sauce has just about gone 😂

This was so good! I didn't have coriander or soba noodles, used bean thread noodles, worked great. Shredded lettuce with it too. Will be perfect for summer meals.

Absolutely delicious. I added a julienne zucchini and a julienne carrot to increase veg content. For dressing I added 2tblsp water, 1/2 tblsp honey and 1 red chilli. And as someone else said, take some water out before adding noodles or it does bubble over.

This was delicious!!! Will definitely make it again. I used chopped beef insteak of chicken, was looking for something to do with that instead of having boring steak for dinner. It was still delicious (I didn't do the shredding step). I added bit of chilli too as another suggested and that worked well. Will try with the chicken next time! Thanks for posting!!

Big Smile This  was a winning combination. I used tamari instead of soy, and just threw in unsalted peanuts instead of peanut paste. They got crushed up when it combined. Definite thumbs up, and lovely on a hot day. Thanks for the recipe.

    Submitted by thegirlwho on 9. January 2014 - 19:32.

This was lovely. Lovely flavours and was a hit with my family. My husband suggested to put a bit of chilli through it for that extra zing, but that's personal preference and I loved it as it was. The only thing I would suggest is remember to take a bit of water out of the bowl before putting in the noodles, as lucky I was around to notice the water starting to boil over and out the top of the bowl. Lovely dish, thank you.

    Submitted by chantaln84 on 1. January 2014 - 12:20.

This is so yummy! The only things I did differently was I replaced 20g of the soy sauce with sweet soy sauce, I used apple cider vinegar cause I had no rice wine vinegar, I left out the oil and I also left out the coriander and ginger just because we don't like them. Will definitely be making again!
