Shaghai Sweet Sour Pork Ribs

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. Wash and chop the pork ribs into small picec (around 3cm x 3cm)
  2. Cooking
  3. Put oil and ginger into the main bowl. 3mins/120°C/Speed 1
  4. Put pork ribs, white sugar, rice wine, vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce into the bowl. 25 mins / 120°C / Counter-clockwise operation/Gentle stir setting
  5. Put the white cooked sesame onto the pork ribs and ready to serve
