If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place onion, and garlic in TM bowl. Chop 5 sec/speed 7.
2. Add steak, kidneys and EVOO to TM bowl. Sauté 6 min/100 degrees/reverse/speed 1.
3. Sprinkle over the flour and seasoning. Cook for 4 min/100 degrees/reverse/speed.
4. Set aside.
1. Sift Flour and salt together, combine 3 seconds/speed 1.
2. Add Suet and enough water to make a soft dough. Knead for 3 minutes/dough setting.
3. Knead lightly on floured board and use 2/3 to line a greased pudding basin.
4. Add filling and cover with remaining pastry and seal well.
5. Cover with greased greaseproof npaper and foil and secure with string.
6. Put in crockpot with water to halfway and cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours.
