Ingredients

Sauce

  • small handful parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 15 gram Butter
  • 200 gram raw peeled prawns
  • 40 gram cream

Recipe's preparation

    Sauce

  1. Place parsley in TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7. Set aside.Add garlic into TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 7.  Add butter and cook for 1 minute at 100 on speed 1.Add prawns and cook for 4 minutes at 100 Counter-clockwise operation speed 0.5-1.Add cream and parsley and stir through for 30 seconds at 80 Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

    2. Steak

  2. Cook steak using bbq or frypan
