  • 30 gram olive oil
  • 400 gram cauliflower, washed
  • 1 stick Celery, washed
  • 2 --- potatoes, peeled & quartered

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp tumeric powder

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Curried Creamy Cauliflower Soup
  1. Packed with garlic, turmeric, fennel seeds, potato, celery and all the all important cauliflower..this creamy vegan soup will give your largest organ a detox! The polenta fries are also a great grain alternative to allow your liver to regenerate and get back to cleansing your blood of toxins!

  2. Add garlic mince for 3 sec on speed 8.

    Add oil and sautee for 2 mins on 90deg on speed 1.

    Add onion and veggies and chop for 3-5 sec on speed 5 (using spatula to evenly chop).

    Add water and spices and cook for 20 mins on speed 3 and 90 deg.

    Once cooked, puree for 30 sec on speed 8.

    This was very nice, but I did have to salt it a bit. Next time I will add some stock.
