      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Great and easy recipe.  Love it.

In step 2, I found speed 3 was too fast.  My thermomix shook and jumped all over the place, turning itself round in a circle.  I was concerned that there was something wrong with the machine, or that I would have to stand there and watch it for 15 minutes in case it shook itself right off the bench.  I turned the speed down to 2.5, and it seemed to settle down and work fine.  I have since been advised that when cooking coarse ingredients like that at a high temperature, 2 should be the highest speed selected.

Hope this helps.  Thanks for the recipe, it's brilliant.  I might try adding some chilli next time for a bit of spice, but only because I like spicy food.  It is tasty enough on its own.
