      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. place quarted onion in mixing bowl 10 minutes 120deg speed 1.
  2. Gentle stir settingAlow to cool 1-2 mins chop speed 4 3 seconds
  3. Add can of diced tomato add green beans salt,ill the emptied can of diced tomato with water and add to mixing bowl.
  4. cook for 35 minutes 100 deg reverse speed 1 prolong cooking if needed.
