Steamed cheese pudding with rice capsicum and sauce

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 2 eggs separated
  • 100 g soft cheese
  • 50 g wheat(buckwheat,cornflour for GI)
  • 50 g plain flour(Buckwheat or cornflour for GI)
  • 100 g Butter
  • 250 g Milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp Stock Concentrate
  • 600 g capsicum (red,yellow, green) cut in stripes
  • 1 litre water
  • 280-300 g rice
  • 100 g cream

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add butterfly,whip the egg white until stiff, set aside.

  2. Shred cheese for 5 sec. on speed 8. set aside.

  3. Mill wheat for 30 sec on speed 10.

  4. Add flour and butter heat it up for 2 min. on 100 degrees on speed 1-2.

  5. Add cheese and the egg yolks. Heat it up for 5 min on 100 degrees on speed 1-2.At the same time with the MC on, slowly pour the milk on the lid.

  6. Add the beaten egg white for 10 sec on soft speed.

  7. Devide the dough into silicon cups and place them into the Varoma and tray.

  8. Place the onion, gaelic and half of a red capsicum into the TM bowl. Chop for 10 sec. on speed 8. Fill 1l water into the bowl,add the stock concentrate.

  9. Place the basket with the rice in the bowl,close the lid and put the Varoma on top. Fill the gaps in the Varoma and tray with the capsicum strips. Steam for 25.min on Varoma temperature.

  10. With the left over water and the other ingrediens in the bowl( if not enough water is left ,refill up to 250ml,may be then you have to heat it up a little bit again) add the cream and mix all together for10sec. on speed 6.

Tip

You can also serve a green salad with cherry tomatoes and some pine seeds to this dish with the following dressing: some basil leaves, some parsley,25g olive oil, some spring onions some garlic chi, half of a lemon juice, salt to taste.Mix dressing together for 2-3 sec. on speed 7, then add to the salad.
