If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees & grease a baking dish
Place onion, garlic, carrot & zucchini in bowl & chop 5 secs speed 5 (or to desired consistency
Add oil & saute 5 mins 120 degrees speed 2 MC off
Add remaining ingredients & combined 6 secs "Counter-clockwise operation" 4
Pour into prepared tin & bake 40 mins or until set & golden on top
Cool for 5 mins before slicing, yummy served hot or cold

Tip
I prep my quinoa & sweet potato in advance, I've used roast potato & steamed & both are good. To cook quinoa I soak it for an hour then place in the basket with 900g water in the bowl & cook 20 mins varoma speed 3, you can cooked sweet potato cut into smallish cubes in varoma at the same time too.
