  • 3-4 level tsp sugar
  • 2 level tsp salt
  • 45 g oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Stir 1st 3 ingredients: 37 deg speed 1 for 2 mins
  2. leave approx 5 mins till frothy
  3. Add rest of ingredients, mix 20 sec, speed 6 (slowly increase speed)
  4. Knead 4 min
  5. rise 1/2 hr in bowl
  6. shape
  7. rise hour or so
  8. bake 200deg 12-15 mins (or more for large loaf)- temp87.
