Recipe's preparation
Add apples, cloves, cinnamon & lemon juice to the thermomix bowl & chop 10secs Sp9
Add rapadura sugar & cook for 60 mins/100 degrees/speed 2
Place TM basket on mixing bowl lid to prevent splatter
Pour jam into jars & refrigerate

This was yummy. Though changed it slightly as I didn't have all that was needed.
i used 700gr apple and 300gr pear.
used a cinnamon stick and lime juice as had no lemons!
only needed 45mins.
