- 250 grams Olive Oil.
- 60 grams Balsamic Vinegar.
- 50 grams red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper corns
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
Place salt, pepper and sugar in bowl 1 min/Speed 9.
Add oil, balsamic vingar, red wine vinegar 10 seconds/Speed 8.
Basic Salad Dressing
Will keep for three month in fridge. You may notice the dressing will solidify in fridge, just take out half hour before use and shake till it is a creamy looking consistence as shown in picture.
