  • 2 teaspoons Vegetable stock paste
  • .5 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 500 grams beef stock or water

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Scoop out bone marrow with teaspoon and set aside. 

    Chop onion and garlic 3 sec/sp 6.

    Scrape down sides of mixing bowl.

    Add butter and cook 3 mins/100 degrees/sp 1. 

    Add vegetable stock and cook 3 mins/100 degrees/sp 2.

    Add beef stock and cook 10 mins/100 degrees/sp 2.

    Add bone marrow and cook 3 mins/100 degrees/sp 3. 

    Add cornflower or arrowroot and mix 2 mins/sp 3. 

    Add parsley and chop 3 sec/sp 5. 

    Freeze into ice cube tray and use as gravy or butter whenever needed.
