    How to:
  1. Blend all the ingredients 30 secs/sp 4. Scrape and repeat for a further 30secs/sp4.

    Transfer to a clean dry jar, or use immediately.

Tip

So easy and so delicious.

Keeps up to 2 weeks in a sealed jar in the fridge.

Serve over Cos lettuce leaves sprinkled with extra Parmesan, cooked crumbled bacon (or ham, cooked chicken), fried bread croutons and whatever else takes your fancy.

Pop a soft poached egg on top to finish.

If the sauce thickens to much on standing, thin with a little boiling water.
